      - excellent resources and training - listen to their employees - big enough where you have opportunities to learn and grow without being too big where you become just another number.

      Cons

      - Work is quite individualistic, lack of collaboration between employees. - Quiet/empty office - as most employees are at the clients most days

      Pros for working at Crowe are the people and the opportunities that one gets. I took this job at Crowe after an internship. I got to meet new people that had the same interests that I did and dedication to their work. The people are also caring and willing to help when you have a question. The work is challenging but those around want you to succeed because if you do, Crowe does

      The hours can be long and sometimes things are not fully explained or communicated, but figuring it out by yourself helps make you learn and grow in your profession.
