      Just a stepping stone

      Pros

      Some of the people are great. Clients were good and had a lot of exposure to them. It's a good paycheck for starting out of school.

      Cons

      A lot of bad people. Tons of politics. pay is below average for hours that are above average. They don't listen to the people actually doing the work i.e. new computer system is garbage and if you say something bad about it you get yelled at. Mangers and partners are useless resources for anything. Seemed more focused on dress policy that actual work.

      Cons

      Consultants on contract, also known as 'Knowledge partners' are not paid for their work. They are cheated in the name of Back to Back arrangement and not paid a single penny and left in lurch. Generally contract knowledge partners sourced from India.
