      Great people, benefits, ability to work from home, flexibility, opportunity to work on a variety of clients and industries. Company invests money in resources, technology and equipment. Overall pay seems to be above the average in the industry. Good annual bonuses.

      Pros

      -I had a great manager on all my projects so I enjoyed the work and the learning experience. -Good training and ability to work on different projects. -Diverse group of clients

      Cons

      -If you are stuck with a bad manager on an engagement, could be very frustrating. -Hours could be long at times, but that is the same I feel with most CPA firms.
