Crowe Manchester is one of the most welcoming and genuinely supportive teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From day one, I felt included, respected, and encouraged to contribute. The culture is incredibly open, the partners, managers, and staff all work together with transparency and a real sense of shared purpose. The leadership, especially in the Manchester office, are approachable and open to new ideas. I always felt heard, which is rare and valuable. There’s a strong focus on collaboration, and the team genuinely cares about maintaining a positive and healthy work environment. There’s also a strong sense of belonging whether you’ve been with the firm for years or just a few months, you feel part of the team straight away. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and feel truly supported.

Honestly, none worth mentioning. I only had to leave due to personal circumstances and would return without hesitation if the opportunity came up.
