      Long hours, positive corporate and office culture

      Pros

      The corporate culture at Crowe is better than other firms I have worked at. Partners spend money and time on morale and team-building related events to create a positive quality of life.

      Cons

      The hours are worse than other public accounting firms in the area. Throughout the spring busy season (Tax) hours are 5-10 hrs+/week than comparable firms. Unlike other firms, may need to work Sundays near deadlines. IT systems and processes worse than other firms.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and Management are great at accommodating you if your in school or studying for CPA exam.

      Cons

      Parking in expensive in the building. However, you can ride the bus and it is easy to get to the building off the shuttle.
