      exposure to many different types of clients, good pay for beginning public accountants, hours are comparable to other public accounting firms, but may be slightly less

      Cons

      office culture in new york is not good, bad work life balance, management is not good at communicating and is generally unkind, management plays favorites which is unprofessional

      Quickly move up, many learning & growth opportunities, provide some travel benefits, allow you to develop and explore a market niche, allow relocation.

      Cons

      Work-life balance pressures based on lack-there-of from managers and senior management, mandatory trainings are typically a year behind where many people are currently performing at, wages and bonuses aren't stellar but comparable to other accounting firms.

      Younger employee base, Fast-paced deadline and client driven environment, opportunity for advancement of job title

      Cons

      Focus is on the chargeable hour rather than client service, you can basically kiss your social life goodbye. The reason there is an opportunity for advancement is due to the turnover rate.
