-Weak leadership who is unaware of the day-to-day work of their teams and also don't focus on the big picture -Internal practices are severely lacking, most leaders & HR professionals will make decisions without being required to consider internal consistency, leading to inconsistent practices between business units -Seems to be a mix of lifers and very new faces (less than 1 year) - lifers tend to be stuck in their ways and new team members aren't allowed to change things
