-There is no work life balance. Crowe is trying to sell its services and get more work from clients. However, Crowe is slow with hiring new staff to keep up with the clients expectations and demands. This creates more work for existing employees who are already putting more than 40 hours per week. In addition, the pay is lower than market expectation. -Unlimited PTO policy….while some think it is a good switch, it certainly is not. The leadership has its annual sales goal and has set expectations for every single consultant. Taking a couple of days off in a quarter will leave you with working 10+ hours chargeable per day to reach the goal.

I did not really like the culture, need to be a certain fit to progress in the company.
