Pros

Competitive pay, many vessels have nice accommodations, great benefits package, they spend the money for crews to eat well, up to date equipment, they provide a great deal of training. The anonymous company reviews sent out to employees give employees a voice to upper management. Incoming meetings were informative.

Cons

What is often called "a culture of safety" is more of a culture of irresponsibility, blame, intimidation, and persecution. Management kept abusive, unprofessional leaders around long after most companies would fire them.

Cons

Leadership changes almost annually with no accountability. Without accountability it is hard to build a quality organization that Crowley is seeking to become. From IT aspect your growth is relatively limited.
