Good pay and benefits, but most importantly Crowley invest in the most important asset, it's people.

Cons

There are no big cons with working for Crowley. We face staffing issues like everyone else, but we work as a team to continue to get things done.

Pros

-Flexible and accommodating around schedule as a student -Organized and laid-back atmosphere, but also serious and productive -Supportive and inclusive team environment -You will do fine as long as you show that you're willing to put in effort -Great hands-on experience for students, including learning objectives -Position is dynamic and project-based rather than fixed job function -Leadership is supportive and (seem to) know what they're doing -Very active and positive corporate culture (executive leadership makes a strong effort to connect with the employees through various corporate events)

Cons

-Compensation is decent but could be higher considering the size and reputation of the company -Work-life balance for FTEs could be better
