      - Safety is a focus for the most part - Promote from within mostly - Good colleagues

      Cons

      - Extreme focus on diversity, equity and inclusion which rewards social, gender and sexual status over merit or performance. - Some toxic leadership present which does not create a collaborative or team environment.

      Pros

      some room to grow, geat benefits. pay is average. hit your #'s and bonuses make up alot

      Cons

      threatened to fire staff if not fully vaxed - then went back on it last minute kind of culture. Hr is woke and company is very virtues (govt contracts) aka suckling off teet of bureaucrats for self interests) board is white dudes but places Tokens in lower level positions.
