Pros
Excellent company well organized and provides services on time to customers. Managers get involved in full detail. With limited resources of hand force for details. But still accomplish a good quality job on time.
Cons
Mormon growing creates a lack of concentration in main business. Tecnology is behind competition. Need update and investment the soonest. More training for low level employees not helping enough in their dayly duties. People must be seen as an investmet not as cost.
