flexible schedule, good people to work with

no 401K matching, high rates for health insurance, no annuals reviews/raises, company is extremely top heavy regarding salary of upper management

Pros

Flexible hours, decent people to work with, pay isn't bad for what the work is, never had a problem with parking.

Cons

No real room for advancement or growth, management plans on having workers leave after 6 - 8 months of employment, work is mind-numbingly repetitive. Employees are discouraged from talking to each other while on the production floor.
