First off crown bakery Smyrna is the most racist place I have worked in my life all the illegal Hispanic people get all the overtime and send all the black people home and management is sleeping with the illegals and promising job security I know that one manager got one pregnant and then fired her because his wife worked there other managers promise better positions and more pay to sleep with them. One manager is dating an employee she got a pay increase for nothing and they put expired ingredients in there mixes and there are bugs in the flower and the mixers don’t use gloves they have roaches really bad there’s a lot of nepotism and is a very hostile work environment and a certain employee sell drugs and mess up the mixes intentionally to mess with the product his words and the worst part is the individual that does the hiring knows about all of this I have had a couple illegal alien employees tell me this individual help them with fake social security number’s and how they are proud to help their fellow Hispanics they knows all about the sleeping with employees the drugs and old ingredients everything gets thrown under the rug by this individual and the person in charge just to keep things going to make a buck

Manager was the worst. I was so depressed.
