Constant schedule changes , management out of touch with employees , temps trained before full time employees , drug use by temps in the work place accepted , no advancement opportunities, leads hired from outside 50% of the time, 0 care for employees health and safety, favoritism is rampant

The fresh-baked goods were undeniably delicious, and the smell throughout the bakery was intoxicating.

Cons

The state of the equipment was appalling. Constantly fixing malfunctioning ovens, battling with dough mixers on their last legs, and patching up leaky freezers felt like plugging holes in a sinking ship. Management seemed oblivious, prioritizing production quotas over preventative maintenance. This created a stressful, chaotic environment where breakdowns were inevitable, and morale plummeted.
