In addition, we've been able to keep benefit costs stable for the last two years, with no increase in 2025 to our associates.       Supportive coworkers and leadership, but need more staff

      Pros

      Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

      Cons

      Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.
