      Pros

      Great pay, benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Realignment in 2020 is a disaster. Customer service is no longer prioritized, every dept. has their own priorities but seldom align to benefit the end user. No support from management, lots of pressure to perform, toxic environment, cya everyday.
