Pros
There are a lot of good people working at this company. They are all at the Director or below (mostly below) level.
Cons
The top management don't appreciate the individual contributors. The higher up you get, the less they stick to the "corperate values". When a VP was told a group didn't have enough people to get their work done, she replied just don't do it all - she got a raise and promotion a week before layoffs. And with all the focus on the shareholders, they can't get their stock price to go up!
