Everyone was very overworked, including myself. Way too much on everyone's plates. Also wouldn't let us continue to work from home after the pandemic ended even though they kept telling us how well we were doing working remotely and that profits were up even through COVID. Sent a really mixed message, even though so many people voiced wanting to be remote. Also, I was not paid nearly enough for my job (base pay) despite the workload and responsibility. In my next job, I am now paid the same amount for literally less than half the work.

The entire management of this company. The EMT is driving this entire company into the ground. Coast to coast our people are suffering because our executive management team are buddies outside of the office and are driving us into the ground.
