Regarding your comments, I am happy to say that our B3 values remain a core part of what makes our people and business special. Our Smart & Fast mindset is focused on the way we make decisions in our business. The very first part of the Smart & Fast description is that we “ground every decision in our B3 values”. To achieve our goal of leading the nation’s digital transformation, we need to live and breathe both our B3 values and Smart & Fast. You’re right that we have been focused on generating awareness and understanding of Smart & Fast recently – so I can see how this might be perceived as moving away from a focus on our values. That is not the intention. We’ll use your feedback to help keep us grounded in promoting both our B3 values and Smart & Fast.
