      Good benefits, great profitable business.

      Cons

      The culture is adhered to differently in different parts of the country. In Houston, people generally adhere to the culture with some exceptions. But Houston leadership is *always* in adherence to the culture. This is not the way it always is in different parts of the country unfortunately. Many leaders will get big heads from their positions. The Eastern region has lots of these, unfortunately.

      Best benefits I've ever had. Also, the teammates you work along side feel more like family members then coworkers.

      Cons

      Lack of direction in certain management roles. A lot of work is done but doesn't have any true purpose in the grand scheme of things and results in wasting company money.
