      Pros

      Crown Castle has great benefits and the work environment is filled with helpful people who are open to new ideas. Crown Castle is a company with it's priorities in order and where employees are encouraged to thrive. This company is very team oriented and management has been very supportive.

      Cons

      As with any new venture, Crown Castle is working diligently to be come the premier provider in the Small Cell and DAS industry. With that comes some growing pains, but they are easing daily.

      Pros

      Solid salary. Great culture, lots of company paid social events for employees. Lots of growth opportunities and the ability to move up in the company is there. Work-life balance is a priority. Great people to work with everyday. Employees are encouraged to make decisions and offer suggestions on how to improve the way the company operates. Company has seen tremendous growth in past 10 years and it appears like that trend will continue.

      Cons

      My training was very minimal, almost non-existant. Workload can get overwhelming at times.
