      Solid senior leadership. Excellent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Middle management is spotty. A lot of politics to deal with as a result of acquisitions. Not encouraged to be creative in crafting solutions to problems.

      Pro's are the benefits are great but they try to hang the carrot in front of you to keep you here.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. There is no other way to say it. Many managers have been here for year and want to do the same thing because " that is how they do it". Many have fear of change yet won't move out of the way for other talent to take over. The B3's are joke and anyone who doesn't see that is blinded. They hide behind them for their own benefit.
