Great pay and benefits, interesting work, great coworkers.

Cons

Management has no idea what they’re doing. Constant change, no direction, extremely demanding with redundant requests, no cohesion or communication between departments, sales over promises with no idea what it takes to actually deliver a network, management is full of “yes men” that are afraid to push back on anything.

The past. Benefits are good. Semi-flexible schedule.

Cons

The future. Jay Brown really has ruined this company. It was amazing when I started and now most people in my department (that haven’t been laid-off) are either waiting to be be laid-off or are actively looking for work. I remember Crown bragging about their Glassdoor scores a few years ago so I check it out today, wow have things changed. Moral is beyond zero. Who is going to Be Accountable for this? Jay, are you going to Be an Owner and step up, or keep hiding in your truck? When I started everyone truly felt lucky to work here, and now the opposite.
