Thanks for the feedback, and welcome to the Crown Castle team! We're glad that you've had a great first impression of our business. We believe that we're stronger as a business when people are together and can collaborate in person. This is why full-time working from home is not something we offer across our business. But as you say, we do try to offer as much flexibility as possible, because sometimes, life just happens. If you have any further feedback on this or anything else, we have lots of options on our intranet that allow you to share your views.

Pros

It used to be the bonus and stock, but in light of the fact that the company cannot seem to keep up with our two biggest competitors, I suspect that will be changing as well.

Cons

The company has become genocidal with respect to any employees over 40. There has been a troubling trend over the last couple of years of "quietly" getting rid of any employees that are over 40 through a "early retirement" program. How this works, is they basically fire you under the guise of an "early retirement" so they can make way for younger and more expensive politically connected friends of the management team. Not sure how the people running HR received their jobs (just kidding-all politically connected in Houston) in light of their clear ignorance of the law. I would highly advise any potential candidates that are over 40 to stay far away from this place or become part of a pattern of mercy killings.
