      Great benefits. Generally flexible management to maintain quality of life. Fast growing company (small cell networks) with room to affect change.

      Cons

      Fast growth within small cell networks organization means that there are growing pains. Structured corporate environment makes it difficult to affect change and adapt quickly to growing pains.

      There are positives to Crown but no work/life balance

      Pros

      They treat their contractors almost equal to employees. If you are under the correct guidance you can turn your job into a long-term career. There are many positions that you can apply for that are not directly related to the field you may be in.

      Cons

      Expectations are too lofty if you are in the wrong position or under the wrong project manager. I was taking on other roles that were not in my job description and I was not recognized for my efforts by management. The organization was not managed by the best or the brightest.
