      The benefits and pay are okay. My peers were nice.

      Cons

      Unstable environment, no foresight or strategy, work in silos, toxic work environment from the EMT down to the lowest manager level.

      Pros

      Crown offers attractive benefits, including an excellent 401k plan and comprehensive HSA options. Compensation is competitive, particularly for those at career levels M1 and P3 and above. These tiers represent desirable positions within the company, where employees can enjoy favorable pay and perks.

      Cons

      At Crown, internal mobility appears challenging, often reliant on personal connections rather than merit. Following the layoffs in 2020 and 2023, many of the company's most capable leaders departed, leaving behind pockets of dysfunction within the leadership. This has fostered an environment where self-preservation seems to take precedence over effective management. It's concerning to observe the quality of individuals occupying leadership roles within the company.

      Pros

      Fantastic people to work with with great values. Always willing to step in and help one another. Management can be hit or miss but when you get a good manager they are above and beyond what you could hope for.

      Cons

      Company is incredibly unstable. Cannot pick a direction and stick to it. At least one major reorganization every year the last 3-5 years. Hard to move up in the company, you’ll find yourself getting stuck in lateral moves.
