Pros
Our culture is what keeps me here. You don't realize how good you have it until you hear about the environments others work in. Culture isn't just a poster on the wall here. It permeates everything we do, from core business functions to our benefits to the way employees are treated. It's a wonderful place to work.
Cons
There's a pretty flat structure here, so it's not easy to move up. I also think the lower positions should be paid more because those salaries aren't as competitive.
