Pros

- Company is growing at a rapid pace and is the leader in electric forklifts - very profitable company - great product to represent and support - incredible opportunity and advancement - branches across the US and all over the world for relocation opportunities - always in need of great people with the right skills - ton of money to be made as a sales person - company is not afraid to invest money to build its product line - a private company that can respond quickly to major issues vs slower acting larger corporations - school reimbursement program - newer branches and great atmosphere to work in - career security - many employees with serious tenure - does not like to layoff during poor economic times (but will reduce pay) - does the right things for the customers

Cons

- IT support is terrible - corporate office is in a location most will not relocate to, harder to hire the right talent - behind on training in certain areas - no profit sharing or stock options - 401k match below average, in the bottom quarter for companies - too many different programs to use, need to simplify - pay raises not really based on performance and just above cost of living increase - too many take work home, a little overworked due to being short staffed - takes too long to aquire vacation - slow to higher supporting staff
