Pros

Stable job, parking onsite, employee perks with partnered brands. A global frontrunner in the industry.

Cons

Working in a large corporation means that change happens slowly and initiatives and ideas get passed over. Working with intellectual property means that there are often access issues with the tools you require to get the job done. Because of the scale of operations, Crown is also catching up when it comes to systems and technology.

Pros

Used to be -good colleagues, no office politics amongst the non-management staff. - salaries are slightly above average. - work life balance

Cons

-No AWS and VB but the high monthly salary make up for it -with change of management , work environment becoming toxic -during the past 2 years, it has changed for the worse. everyone became protective over their jobs -poor staff retention -weakness in employee support -management do not practice what they preach. -top management playing their politics game affecting staff morale
