Pros

Well known reputable branding. Quality products. Nice facility & office.

Cons

In my opinion - Cult approach to business with no flexibility. Integrity should be left at the door when entering this company as you'll be expected to do what executives want regardless of business / customer ethics. In sales all commissions are designed to go through management with their discretion on how much payout is awarded. This is accomplished by being forced to sell product at very low margin. In turn the sales rep is paid based on GP. Management has the ability to inject more margin in to the deal, or not depending on how much they approve of you walking the line.
