Pros

Crown Lift Trucks offers competitive pay and friendly teammates. Once given your work van, you're the master of your own time. Teammates, when available, can really come in handy when stuck on a tough job. Health benefits are very accommodating.

Cons

Being a traveling technician can prove to be quite challenging, and you can't always rely on the ability to contact your teammates or team lead. Additionally, they only offer two weeks of basic training before setting you free to be a mobile tech. After this brief period of training, you're "baptized by fire". There is much left to be desired in employee development.
