I interned with Campus Crusade for a summer while on Summer Project. And I loved it. It was great to be able to work in a Christian environment for the summer and be able to see the inner workings of the organization.

Cons

I do not have any.

Pros

Flexible, mature leadership. Well-developed plans and steps for developing staff members. Ability to travel and see the world. Ability to move within the corporation, trying out different roles and responsibilities. Lots of on the job training!

Cons

Sometimes policy gets in the way of advancing some things. For example, the inflexibility of both husband and wife applying to work with CCC. Looks great on paper, but is not practical in many places outside the USA.
