Easy work. Low standard of work performance,- that's a con alas. Decent culture and good people for the most part unless you fall out of the good graces of higher management. - Lots of time off, easy days. little micro managing.

Cons

- Low compensation - Very political - Major changes are made behind closed doors but not honest with staff what is really going on. - Don't be different. Drink the juice.
