Great people to work with and a compelling mission. Most positions offer hybrid flexibility. Many supervisors are understanding and compassionate.

Cons

Often feels chaotic as it is constantly re-organizing. Employee population is divided between salaried staff and employees who fundraise for the organization to pay their salaries. It is, perhaps something you'd want to know going into it and just one of the quarks of how many non-profits function.
