Provided two weeks on-site training with "Question Based Sales" Strategies. Training workers were nice and helpful.

Fair compensation with benefits and stock ownership. Conservative business structure that allows for financial and job security. Staff are friendly and many have worked here a long time!

Cons

not a lot of incentive/bonus programs or career pathing. 3 weeks vacation after 10 years. Building could use some upgrades.
