The sick pay, set schedules.

Cons

All the profits produced during periods of heightened productivity (such as big special events) go straight into corporate branch's pockets as opposed to appearing on the paychecks of the workers who produced said profits. The training program is a joke and is grotesquely inadequate.

I have worked here for a year and each day is not the same, I have learned so much from my upper management team and feel I have made an impact on not only the customers we serve but an impact to the company. I feel comfortable knowing I can go into my managers office and get advice or learn something new. I have never worked with a group that cares and values the company they work for like I see here. Being self sufficient will get you far in your life and career with any company and that’s important to remember.
