      There used to be a mission that was respectful. Things changed though when GM intervened to f the company. Towards the end of 2024 and in 2025, no body believed anything anyone was saying. Everyone lies and everyone knew everyone is lying and living in a fantastical lie was the norm because everyone wanted to leave and don't make a noise before they leave. Run fast ..

      Cons

      Leadership is clueless, most people in leadership roles only thinks of themselves and play politics and it's an accepted practice to scapegoat engineering teams. Here it from me, an ex-EM there who couldn't take that toxicity anymore. There are some senior managers that literally were asking directs to lie in reports so that he looks good, And then continuously fire engineers to make an excuse why their org sucks. And that's the type of manager who gets promoted, all based on internal politics. That should tell you all you need to know about the culture.
