Pros

There is a never ending supply of interesting problems. Huge learning opportunity

Cons

Flat organizational structure is good in that you can get straight to work on the things that matter, but can seem chaotic at times.

Pros

I was already in the AV space before joining Cruise. The reason I selected Cruise over the competition is simple, the people. Cruise has a vision (that they live by) to not only hire the brightest technical talent but to build cohesive teams Outside of the mindnumbing tech, this is what Cruise is doing better!

Cons

As in any company experiencing rapid growth growing pains will occur. The current reporting and leadership structure in place for many teams is not scalable.
