Pros

- Mission-driven company with strong commitment from leadership to our goals of safety and sustainability - High-performance environment with incredibly intelligent, hard-working colleagues - Emphasis on independence and initiative; encouraged to dive into problems, seek out additional opportunities for career growth and learning - Rich health, dental, vision, and commuter benefits

Cons

- Tight timelines and urgency of a start-up can contribute to some stress - Relatively young company that is still figuring out all of its processes and workflows, but we have come a long way in my year working here

Pros

Amazing folks Best work culture Highly focused on core mission Great opportunity to learn. Best part is the command structure is not hierarchical, it's highly solution driven

Cons

Often chaotic. Some times the intention and planning is great but execution is flawed.
