      Pros

      Really loved working here! The work/life balance is amazing, the benefits are great, and the people are great. Great diversity and inclusion. Marc is a fantastic CEO and very approachable. All the tools you need to be successful in your career are provided to you.

      Cons

      Needs to be more accountability with employees that perform poorly. Some choice stakeholders don't treat IT well and some managers just allow the behavior to keep happening.

      -Difficult work life balance (Often working overtime) -Depending on department it can feel very understaffed -Upper management is difficult -Not competitive pay
