Pros

The PTO is decent and you get to come and go freely as long as work is done. Now that they've filled the floor, a sense of community is building.

Cons

The day to day is tough, when you're doing the work of two people. No sense of direction or clear paths for career improvement. Communicating with home office is like nails on a chalkboard. All the processes are very outdated, along with the hardware and software. Sharing IT with the sister company is just plain ol' strange. Many internal folks love passing the buck. Seems like it'll be another 5-8 years before this company moves forward.

Pros

Let's see .... Pay? No. Benefits? No. Mgmt? God No! Outsourcing? There great at that! Hey..... They have a nice new Lego Logo!

Cons

They've cut, downsized, and outsourced so much for the past 5 years; while at the same hiring more and more AVP's, VP's ... Etc., that it seems like everyone remaining at C&F fears the impending slash from the corporate grim reapers.

Pros

Casual environment, flex time, good PTO, most of the people are nice and just want to go in, get the work done and leave at a a reasonable hour. Under the right manager, you could have a good job, but in order to have a great career, you really have to go to another company.

Cons

Fractious. Too many different companies vying to do things their way. Apathy. Many managers feared for their survival and would sabotage underlings in order to not be overshadowed and made obsolete. Year after year of layoffs was trying on those who remained.
