      Pros

      Company culture is great. People are very nice to work with and helpful. Benefits are pretty competitive with a traditional PPO option in addition to the High Deductible Plan. Vacation time is standard. 401K with company match - company match is good - on par with market Employee Stock Purchase plan - company match is very good
