      -Team wants you to grow -Company takes care of you and cares about its community

      -In my particular case, I didnt get much of a heads up about reaching my internship hours maximum so my end date was short-notice

      The company really values the input of their employees. Even the CEO is approachable and can be emailed for a quick chat. The company culture is superb. The company loves to promote from within. Work-life balance is second to none. Management listens and values our opinions.

      My salary for IT Manager can be better.
