      Joined the finance group in 2016. Company definitely has an employee oriented attitude. Finance group is a good group of people who put an emphasis on work-life balance.

      Many of the systems could use updating.

      Flexible work schedule, good 401k and stock purchase program. Company is going through change but the future looks bright. Good management in place.

      Confusing company to navigate, somewhat depressing office environment, poor bonus program, lack of marketplace presence. Divisions work in silos with little interaction
