Upper management! Work Environment! Path to Advancement! IT SYSTEMS! General work environment. Take a job here if you are desperate, but don't expect any career advancement, help for upper management or any of instructions, past how to log on, on the IT systems. Upper management treats the workers like they are slaves. The IT systems are extremely outdated and no one seems to be able to tell you how to do various things. Finally, the use 27 different forms instead of one. One form to analyze and suggest a reserve, another to move the reserve, a third to notify different departments, yet another for trials, etc. the list goes on and on. Wasted so much time doing yet another form. Finally, upper management keeps passing out the Kool Aid of the ultimate big guy is Prem Watsa! As if that makes one bit of difference. He's not Jesus, he's not in the building helping you or even in the country for that matter.

Building needs some repairs, food in cafeteria could be better, traffic can get crazy, parking deck needs repairs, office and cubicle decor needs an update, some conference rooms could be better equipped as PCs and projector are not available in all.
