Pros

-Nice gym -Knowledgeable/experienced group of trainers

Cons

-Management is strictly numbers focused and you are judged on a month to month basis in terms of how much money you are bringing in. No attention is given to client satisfaction and results. If you don't hit numbers you are scolded and made to feel pretty worthless. -Unless your schedule is filled with clients you are expected to be at the gym prospecting for hours - which are not always paid hours. -Many of the veteran trainers would have to regularly take naps in the break room on the floor because of their terrible schedules. Work/life balance is completely out of balance.
