The franchises run to the beat of their own drums

Personal Trainers are good and have great potential but not trained enough to make a huge difference in business retention
General Management has no real authority
Derogatory verbiage is used frequently to describe frontline staff
Production bar is set incredibly low to mask ineffectiveness of Executive and senior staff
Staff gets written up for foolish things like clocking in 1 minute late, speaking their minds if unhappy, not memorizing a 5 page phone script.
Experienced management is quickly let go and unappreciated
There are video cameras and audio everywhere. (Including manager's office and staff break/changing rooms).
Private conversations are used against club management and staff in development meetings as a form of "feed-back".
