You get the pleasure of watching coworkers and management use fancy new sales tactics (flirting with teenage girls/making all teenagers feel like their not good enough) while they try to instill these amazing values into you!

Cons

Management pushes very hard for you to make them more money by making people uncomfortable in the gym. Promotes uncomfortable behaviors in their trainors and punishes those that don't comply by not aiding in client aqcuisition. Amazing that this place can run with this level of weaponized management and masculinity.
