      Clients were generally respectful (although I'm not sure how much Crunch has to do with this.)

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement, not enough true leadership Work environment can be a bit juvenile No real room for advancement

      Pros

      The environment is great (cool music, bright colors keep you stimulated), and the clientele is usually pretty nice. Free gym Membership.

      Cons

      Given the nature of how they've been doing financially, it makes sense that they don't pay as well as they should. It's also gotten more and more micromanaged/corporate.
